BioBank AS, established in 2005 as a Norwegian National Biobank for farm animals, fish and plants, is owned by Norsvin, Aqua Gen and Geno.

In order to realize the potential of biotechnological inventions, well organized storage of biological samples connected with relevant database information is essential. BioBank AS prepares for this development in a professional manner through our biorepositories and our database for tracing individual samples of domestic animals, marine species and plants, and links to other databases defined by the customer. The company is situated in modern housings in Biohuset, (N) Hamar.
